Rooter Right and More Specifically SAM, Thank you so much again for helping us today. Awesome service! Other places wanted me to wait 4 days. Rooter Right came out within a few hours. Both employees were extremely friendly and they fixed the problem in about an hour. Their price was extremely fair, and honestly cheaper than what other places wanted to charge (by a substantial amount) would recommend to anyone!

Our church, Christian Temple Baptist Church (Toledo, Ohio) experienced a gas leak, which required our gas service to be temporarily shut off while we sought to have repairs made. We reached out to Rooter Right through a "Google search". Originally thinking we had dialed another number, the team from Rooter Right (Emilio and Skye) showed up as promised. They assessed the situation and gave us an initial estimate. Our church building is over 100 years old. The estimate was made based on identifying the gas leak only, which took into consideration our church's configuration, where our gas pipes were, and the church's age. We agreed to the service because we knew we needed to have our heat back on to prevent other issues. The next day they came to begin the work, but this time the owner (Sam) came to assess the situation directly. He and the team came up with a different solution. In doing so, they saved time, they made us safer for the future, and they also saved us money both now and in the future. They spent time discussing our situation the night before and wanted to ensure we had the best outcome. They were thorough, professional, and efficient with their time. They even identified another plumbing issue and fixed that for free. The repairs were completed and the gas service was restored, without any issue. Further, they called the next day to ensure our heat was back up and running. Our Pastor was pleased, as we believe the team at Rooter Right was the right company at the right time. We recommend calling them for your various plumbing needs. Thank you Sam and team!

Sam was fantastic! He answered on the first phone call and was out within 2 hours! We had our kitchen sink snaked out, and he also noticed our dishwasher was hooked up to the cold water line instead of the hot water line. Changed it no problem! 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a trustworthy plumber!

Excellent customer service! I bought my older home a few years ago and these guys have been great. I needed help again today with cleaning out some tree roots and they arrived same day for a reasonable price and took care of things. Highly recommend them!

​I had a fantastic experience with Rooter Right, specifically our technicians Emilio and his partner Skye. ​We needed a repair on our water service line and a replacement of the valves on the water meter. Both were professional, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff. ​What really impressed me was how they handled the unexpected. We ran into some issues with the curb box needing a full replacement, which could have been a major headache.
